As are our belongings, so are ourselves. Humans love stuff, there’s no way around it. Our need to experience the tangible is insatiable. Objects and the power we bestow upon them reflect who we are not only as individuals, but as an extension of our greater existence. Come out and show, tell, or just have your mind blown by the sheer absurdity of it all. There will be prizes!
SHOW IT:
Are you a collector? Great! We want to see what you have. Collector status is not necessary to participate, though. Maybe you stumbled upon a rare piece of 1990’s ephemera at a thrift store on a cross country road trip. That’s great, too! Or maybe you own the Holy Grail. Whoa, that’s crazy! Definitely bring that! From vintage to modern, if there’s an interesting backstory, a unique history, or an intriguing cultural connotation, consider it game on. Be prepared to share ONE thing and talk about it in depth. Whether it be linked to something personal or to a specific period of our collective past, we want to know whyit’s significant to you AND how it fits into the context of the rest of the world.

You will have about 5 minutes to share. Have no fear, this will be moderated by us, so you won’t be onstage alone! Spots will be curated and space is limited. If you’re chosen to share, you don’t need to buy a ticket for entry, that’s on us!
